Count Vicarious.

Count Vicarious,
An Alter Ego (I guess you could call it that).
And a Vampire of the Hellsing Ultimate Universe.

Appearing with his Yin-Yang wings present as well as his pistol from the Hellsing armory. Post 33 years after the OVA. 
He is not one to be trifled with
A well seasoned Vampire-Hunter, and a good one at that.

Biography: 
The count was a boy who enjoyed a simple living and wished for the hopes of becoming a vampire for the greater good.
He encountered a female vampire who he fought with his sword. After nearly dying, he cut himself with the sword and painted a cross with his Virgin-Blood to help lure the vampire into his trap. He was bitten in the final moments and awoke as the count. Given that this was not his intended way or choice. He realized the error of his wish. But made it more or so to help humanity against the monsters.
He soon had an encounter with Hellsing and none other then Alucard. Where the count saw competition. Alucard saw potential and seen that he was no ordinary Vampire. From there they became allied rivals.
And the count soon came to be accompanied by two Wendigos, disgusted but soon tamed them into a state of his control.
And claims them as his "Deer hunters". Where they follow their complete will by his command.
And to this day he hunts by his Allies and tends to rival with Alucard as well as behave in a gentleman's manner towards Seras and Sir Hellsing when he is not in one of his moods.


Yin-Yang Third Eye:
The count has a third eye that is rested on his Forehead that he can morph to be visible or not.
This is rarely used by him due to it's divine but cursed nature.
Looking at it can cause his victims to go
blind,
Insane,
or into a frenzy.
But allowing him to gaze into their
minds, see their imaginations and thoughts
Manipulate them into whatever he commands. 
It can speak consciously to the count as well as allow him to see the aura's of living things from a distance or miles away.
When the count has it present and is in one of his powerful forms it causes his third eye to blaze white and black.


Wendigos:
(sadly they are not drawn in this but I will share their backstory. Yes they take after the appearance of the wendigo from Hannibal)
The count is accompanied by two wendigos who are tamed and under his control.
They abide by his command and have no will of their own.
He came across the two and found them feasting on other wendigos,
The count showed him his third eye and tamed them while he fought them.
He named them.

Cernnunos
Named after the Celtic god
And
Betasians.
Since he thought it
"sounded Fitting"

He now hunts vampires and Wendigos alongside his two "Deer Hunters".
They are brutal in combat depending on if the count wants the prey killed. 


Frenzy:
The count drinks specifically the blood of other vampires rather then ever having to drink Human blood.
If he drinks too much he loses control, with the blood tainting his white clothes into a dark red.
and descends into a frenzy, Where most of the time he is accompanied by alucard in these kinds of massacres. Alucard tends to mock him before The count slips into these frenzies and normally.
Alucard and Seras are only ones who can stand against him or keep him at bay until he is calmed down. He is normally nowhere near the areas of humans by any means to endanger them.

Righteous Form:
When there are powerful foes that the count can't overcome by means of the tools he has.
He will use this form when it is a last resort. For it may cost him his life.
He will stab the holy gift into the ground, and press his fang down into the palm of his hand.
And this mode will cause his third eye to open and burn a bright balck and white aura.
As well as the same effect for his wings and sword.
This burns him and can possibly kill him depending on the duration he uses it.
He has used it once to duel Alucard as a means of a heated duel.
This is his most powerful form and his Deadliest sword that is pointed on both end for him and anyone who happens to bear witness to it's power.
